Our large Komori press is the machine that produces most of our large-scale jobs. It has five colour units and can print up to 15,000 sheets per hour. This machine is in almost continuous use all day every day.

Our new fully-automated Komori L420 press makes light work of short-run full colour printing. This should mean a much quicker turnaround.

Our Heidelberg GTO52 press is used for smaller runs using smaller plates. It is used to produce business cards, letterheads, forms and pads etc.

Our brand new Xerox 700 is the latest in digital press technology. It is capable of producing a quick turnaround with exceptional quality.

The top speed of 70 pages per minute and resolution of 2400dpi means that we get the urgent jobs done on time, without compromise.

Our CTP ("Computer To Plate") machine is another essential piece of technology. The finished artwork is sent to this machine by the design department, and the machine turns this digital artwork into metallic plates to go on the press.

CTP technology efficiency eliminates conventional films and stripping to significantly reduce prepress materials and costs, and allow for significant productivity benefits over other commercial printing solutions. For the customer, this means better value and quicker production times.

We have three dedicated digital poster machines; two of them capable of producing extremely large full-colour prints (of virtually unlimited length). Seen here is our HP PosterJet machine in the middle of producing a poster.

Our booklet machine creates booklets at very high speeds. The individual sheets are fed in and the machine does the rest! As well as producing perfect booklets, this also saves valuable time, which can be crucial when our customers have a deadline!

Another essential piece of technology is our folding machine, which folds the sheets to finished size.

We have two industrial-strength guillotines for cutting the sheets down to the final job. The guillotines cut with absolute precision and sharpness — and will penetrate through any number of sheets. Here we see Cayne using the machine quite modestly: cutting down a small number of business cards.

Our large format machinery offers complete solutions for all of your posters, banners and boards. We can laminate and encapsulate using both hot and cold lamination. Artwork can be mounted on Foam-X boards up to 15mm thickness.

Any perforated NCR books that we produce need to be stitched together with our stitching machine. Here we see John using it.
